Refund policy

Returns must be made within 7 days from date of receipt.  Items must be in original condition with tickets attached.  Refunds will be made based on original method of payment.  

All items must be unworn and undamaged. Items must be returned as delivered with original tags. If tags are unattached, items are non-returnable.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS:

Please email us at office@cocolily.com to return an item. We also accept in store returns for online sales.

Coco Lily cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We suggest shipping via a tracked service.
